The Overlook Foundation is proud to support local nonprofit organizations through its Community Grants Program, which funds initiatives that improve the health and well-being of our community.

Eligible organizations must serve the primary catchment area of Atlantic Health Overlook Medical Center, including Union County and neighboring communities.

2027 Community Grants Cycle

The submission timeline for the 2027 Community Grants Cycle is currently under review. Application details and deadlines will be announced in early 2027.


2026 Community Grants Awarded

On June 11, 2026, the Board of Trustees approved community grants to 25 community organizations:

In the most recent grant cycle, the average community grant award was approximately $3,200, with individual grants ranging from $1,000 to $5,000. These grants support projects that address critical community health priorities, including social determinants of health, healthy aging, and mental health. Through these partnerships, the Overlook Foundation invests in local organizations that advance Atlantic Health Overlook Medical Center’s mission to empower our communities to be among the healthiest in the nation.
