Overlook Foundation proudly supports local nonprofit organizations through community grants that fund health-related initiatives. Eligible organizations must serve the primary catchment area for Atlantic Health Overlook Medical Center, which includes Union County and its neighboring communities.

The next submission deadline is under review for the 2027 Community Grant Cycle. Application details will be released in early 2027.

This past cycle, the average community grant given was approximately $3,200, with grants ranging from $1,000-$5,000. With projects that address priorities such as social determinants of health, caring for older adults, and mental health, these organizations support Atlantic Health Overlook’s mission to empower our communities to be among the healthiest in the nation.
