For annual gifts of $15,000 – $24,999

Assistance in securing a private room when hospitalized if available (any resulting payment differential is the patient’s responsibility)
Assistance navigating healthcare appointments

For annual gifts of $25,000 – $99,999

Access to 24/7 mobile phone number to provide emergency assistance navigating the care cycle from an Overlook Foundation team member
Reciprocal benefits at all Atlantic Health hospitals and rehabilitation facilities upon notification and request by an Overlook Foundation team member

For annual gifts of $100,000 – $249,999

Lifetime benefits for Cumulative giving of $1,000,000 or more
